Maintenance Electrician – Edinburgh & East – FM & Building Services

FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading FM company covering Edinburgh and the East. This mobile role is ideal for a skilled electrician with a strong background in planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.

Package:

• £38,000 -£40,000 per annum

• Company vehicle & fuel card

• Monday - Friday, full-time position

• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing of electrical systems

• Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently

• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and health & safety standards

• Work across commercial properties, providing high-quality electrical maintenance

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and liaise with clients as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

• Experience in commercial maintenance and fault finding

• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service route

• Full UK driving licence – ability to travel to client sites as required
