About The Role
The product team is looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Decision Tooling to join our team and lead the development of data-driven and analytics products at Skyscanner.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, data science, data analytics, and business stakeholders, to deliver products that leverage data to solve complex business problems and drive innovation. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, execution excellence and proactive communication with stakeholders and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
We'll help you build a deep understanding of the travel industry, by working closely with our partners, travellers and business functions. This understanding will allow you to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, in a fast-paced industry, where there is innovation and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, commercial, data science, and other departments to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution across all stages of product development.
Following extensive surveys and workshops around our teams needs and preferences, we’ve returned to our offices in a hybrid working pattern: typically that looks like two days in the office, flexible to an individual’s need. As such, this role would be a great fit for someone who lives within commuting distance of one of our Scotland and Barcelona offices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, data science, data analytics, and business stakeholders, to deliver products that leverage data to solve complex business problems and drive innovation. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, execution excellence and proactive communication with stakeholders and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support products in the analytics tooling space.
- Own the roadmap and engage with customers from many disciplines to identify what capabilities we should build to help them deliver better traveller experiences or make more robust data decisions.
- You'll be part of the mission to build a data-driven culture and capabilities that will empower teams at Skyscanner.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within cross-functional teams, mentoring team members and instilling best practices in agile product development.
- Product management expertise using data to build better products, with proven success in tackling complex challenges.
- Understanding of A/B testing, data models, knowledge of product analytics and business intelligence tools and experimentation.
- Proficiency in driving product initiatives, navigating and managing product development with multiple stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) involved.
- Technical skillset and ability to drive conversations with engineering, analytics, data science teams ensuring that informed decisions are made to execute against a roadmap efficiently.
- Experience in prioritising initiatives and work based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
- Demonstrated success in delivering products end-to-end that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to understand complex business or technical problems and work with teams to design solutions to address them.
- Experience in program management and partnership management with 3rd-party vendors.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
