We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Employers Agent to join a well-established and dynamic team in a multidisciplinary consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a key role in delivering high-quality project management and Employers Agent services to a diverse range of clients. As a Senior Employers Agent, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders to provide expert advice, mitigate risks, and ensure project success. The role offers a varied and challenging workload, providing ample opportunity for professional development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, providing expert advice and ensuring the delivery of client objectives.

  • Take ownership of client relationships, offering proactive solutions and managing expectations.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

  • Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and consultants, managing all contractual obligations and documentation.

  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Prepare and review reports, contracts, and other project-related documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and quality controls.

Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar Employers Agent role within the property and construction sector. Candidates from a Building Surveying, Project Management or Quantity Surveying background will also be considered with a committed approach to doing an Employers Agent role.

  • Strong understanding of project management and construction processes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and mentoring junior professionals.

  • MRICS or equivalent chartered status is highly desirable.
