We are currently working with a renowned name in property and construction consultancy, who are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team in Central London as a Fund Monitoring Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to advance their career in a collaborative environment. As a Fund Monitoring Surveyor, you will play a key role in advising clients on development risks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring robust financial oversight. You will be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including developers, lenders, and investors, providing expert guidance on projects across the UK.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conducting detailed due diligence on development projects.

  • Preparing comprehensive project monitoring reports.

  • Managing client relationships and maintaining strong communication channels.

  • Monitoring project progress against agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the development process.

Key Requirements


  • A proven track record in Fund Monitoring, with a background in Surveying.

  • MRICS or working towards chartership is highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong understanding of development processes, construction practices, and financial risk management.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
