We are looking for an experienced and talented Night Receptionist to join our fantastic venue.

The Role

As a Night Manager, your role will include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during night hours.
  • Supervise and support night staff including front desk agents, porters, and security.
  • Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and daily reconciliation.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints or emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor hotel security, conduct regular property walks, and liaise with external emergency services if required.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address any overnight issues or prepare for the next day.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including health, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Prepare and deliver a nightly handover report for senior management.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a front office or supervisory role in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • First Aid certification and/or security training is a plus
