Head Chef, The Fountain, £35,500 Basic, OTE £42,000

Permanent, 45hr Contract, No Split Shifts

This Is your opportunity to take a local’s bar to new heights. The Fountain serves up traditional British foods made from locally sourced seasonal ingredients. We believe in being the best in class and as such, we only work with the best produce.

Given our base of repeat, local customers, it’s important to us that our Head Chef will be creative in developing menus and passionate about offering unique specials. We re-fresh our menus twice a year, it’s vital the successful candidate can design & execute new menus. Our customers come for the look & feel but stay for the outstanding food & drink on offer.

It’s a tight team, the successful candidate will be someone passionate who leads from the front. This position would suit an experienced Head Chef looking to take a new challenge, or an experienced Sous Chef wanting their first Head Chef appointment.

• £35,500 Basic Salary, Tips & Tronc, Quarterly Performance Related Bonus. OTE of £42,000
