Are you passionate about cooking and eager to share your knowledge with others? ProCook is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team! As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

• Warmly welcome and assist customers in their shopping journey.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our wide range of kitchenware and cookware products.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in product training and stay informed about new items.
• Help with stock replenishment and inventory management.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a supportive atmosphere.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable using technology and familiar with point-of-sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to key-holder responsibilities.
