Duration: 8 weeks, full-time, starting 1 July (some flexibility on start / end dates)
Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Edinburgh or Midlothian, rest remote
Pay: £4,105 total (National Living Wage + payment in lieu for 5 days’ holiday)
Reporting to: Co-Founder
Purpose
You’ll turn our annual sustainability benchmarking report into an engaging, automated digital platform – helping leading UK financial institutions track and improve their sustainability performance more effectively. Your work will directly increase the impact and efficiency of our strategy consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype an online tool/platform based on our existing benchmarking data
- Recommend the most effective low/no-code tools (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Glide, Bubble)
- Automate the data collection process for future benchmarking reports
- Experiment with AI/document automation to extract insights from annual reports
- Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience, behind a log-in wall
- Support content organisation, basic UX testing, and light branding/visual design
Ideal Skills & Interests
- Comfort with digital tools, no-code platforms and/or automation (Zapier etc.)
- Curious about sustainability, consulting, or financial services
- Self-driven and analytical, with strong attention to detail
- You don’t need to code, but you do need to be resourceful and tech-savvy

Our selection process:

- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute video conversation with our Co-founder
- Following the chat, you’ll receive a short task or case study — designed to take around 1 hour, with 24 hours to complete
- Final decisions will be made shortly after, with a view to contracts being in place by mid June
