Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located working in our Edinburgh office.

Job Purpose & Overview

• Key member of the senior management team.
• Provide excellent leadership to all staff across both Glasgow Branches.
• Deliver an integrated, consistent day-to-day service level across all areas of the branches, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Responsible for effective delivery of the branch front end property management, new business, and sales services.
• Setting and monitoring KPI’s and branch performances.
• Champion strong and effective relationships between branches, head office and other group businesses.

• Working to support the sales team, with booking in appointments, registering and liaising with prospective buyers
• Liaising with clients regularly to deliver and excellent level of service at every point of contact, from arranging the initial appointment to supporting them throughout the sales process
• Administrative support from updating records and maintaining property histories
• Creating Marketing Reports and drawing up Sales Contracts
• Collating figures and reports
• Accompanying prospective buyers to properties
• Promote each property’s positive attributes
• Selling various ancillary products to serve our clients better
