We are currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will oversee the accounting, reporting, and cash settlement of international carrier liabilities, providing clear insights and ensuring compliance with financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international carrier liability balances, preparing reconciliations, identifying variances, and recommending solutions.
• Act as the key point of contact for queries with internal stakeholders and external carrier partners.
• Prepare and present monthly and periodic analysis of creditor movements, comparing to budgets and prior year balances.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for carrier liabilities.
• Own and streamline the balance sheet reconciliation process, driving process improvements.
• Develop and document controls for carrier liability management.
• Support the transformation of cash forecasting processes.
• Build strong business partnerships with Commercial Finance, Data and Controls, and Group Reporting teams.
• Provide mentorship to junior finance team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Key Criteria:

• Qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in financial accounting and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling and data analysis).
• Experience working with integrated finance systems across multiple business units.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate details while maintaining a broader perspective.
• Proficiency in a European language (French, Italian, Spanish, or German) is desirable but not required.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
