Role Description:
As an Account Executive your main task will be to provide support to new and existing accommodation partners, contacting, informing and advising them about how to meet the demands of the visitors on the Booking.com website. You will also build the accommodations webpages and training the new accommodations on how to use Booking.com’s extranet and how to use the systems that can improve their availability and supply.
Please note, this role is hybrid, with 40% of your time spent in our office in Edinburgh.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Pro-active communication with partners in your region by telephone to assist with the development of Booking.com’s business;
- Leading a portfolio of partners where you are their primary point of contact, answering questions, and following up when needed;
- Help identifying new potential partner leads and pass these leads on for further follow up;
- Maintaining a stable relationship with our partners (i.e. frequent performance calls and contact to ensure they offer Booking.com's customers the best availability and competitive pricing);
- Become an expert in Booking.com's products so the benefits and usage of our platform can be explained in detail to our partners;
- Finding opportunities for partners that will help improve Booking.com's business by using its segmentation to prioritize;
- Receiving Customer Service issues related to the managed portfolio and solving these in the most efficient manner for the business, partner, and customer;
- Supporting the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars for partners, including attending and participating in partner events;
- Dealing with Inbound calls and written requests from accommodation partners
- Showcasing team spirit for team / office related projects & adhoc tasks based on company priorities and business needs.
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
- Proficient English speaker and writer;
- Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
- Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently;
- Great teammate, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality:
- Currently authorized to work in the UK
