The Role: Senior Digital Channels Manager
As the Senior Digital Channels Manager within our Digital Experience & Channels team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our website, campaign and social content delivery team. You will be responsible for managing all inbound briefs and change, working closely across the digital functions and wider marketing and comms channel teams. You will manage workflow and ensure the control environment is maintained to deliver on outcomes.

The Role: Senior Digital Channels Manager
As the Senior Digital Channels Manager within our Digital Experience & Channels team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our website, campaign and social content delivery team. You will be responsible for managing all inbound briefs and change, working closely across the digital functions and wider marketing and comms channel teams. You will manage workflow and ensure the control environment is maintained to deliver on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance is attained and people development is mapped.
- Oversee the management of inbound briefs, including co-ordination with all stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Coordinate all website content change, aligned to digital design standards and experience management frameworks.
- Ensure content calendars are maintained to provide management reporting.
- Ensure all campaigns are integrated specifically across web, social and email marketing.
- Collaborate across wider CMO Centres of Excellence and Marketing Channel teams to build quarterly planning and capacity demand forecasts.
- Ensure all activity aligns to digital journey maps as defined by experience management team.
- Ensure all front-facing digital communications are cohesively integrated across digital channels
- Manage digital execution roadmap, including active management of change backlog
- Develop a high performing team aligned to core strategic outcomes against customer, marketing and business goals
- In conjunction with all digital experience functions, contribute to co-design workshops and planning, ensuring all execution requirements are understood
- Proven experience in digital channel management, with a focus on content management systems, marketing automation systems, social media tools
- Proven experience in capacity and demand planning, with knowledge of JIRA/Smartsheets or other planning tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills and experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional digital team environment
- Proven experience in managing control frameworks and processes in a financial services or other regulatory controlled environment
- Highly detail orientated with a focus on planning and demand management
- Strong management skills with a focus on mentoring and coaching team members
- Strong focus on delivering user-centric outcomes across digital channels
- Highly collaborative and a team player
- Adept at problem solving
- Strong planning skills with excellent communication style
- Ability to manage SME and Stakeholder demand with clear expectation setting
