Marketing Manager
Salary – £46,347 per annum
Full-time, permanent – 35.75 hours per week
Location – Meadowbank Sports Centre, Edinburgh (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our creative team, amplify our brand, and drive growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns that resonate with Edinburgh’s vibrant community.
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll shape Edinburgh Leisure’s voice, leading a talented team to craft campaigns that deliver measurable results. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Sales, you’ll blend strategic vision with hands-on leadership to elevate our brand and boost revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns, driving continuous improvement to support Edinburgh Leisure’s growth.
- Develop and execute marketing plans targeting key audiences with compelling messages across optimal channels to enhance brand awareness and revenue.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management and budget allocation, ensuring timely, GDPR-compliant execution that aligns with business needs and operational constraints.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and uphold brand values while managing stakeholder relationships.
- Leverage market research and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable reports to guide strategic decisions.
Who You Are
You’re a strategic leader with a passion for creativity and a talent for data-driven decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and inspire your team to deliver results.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of marketing leadership with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-impact campaigns.
- End-to-end campaign expertise, from creative development to execution, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimise performance and refine strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.

This is a hybrid role with time spent between our head office in Edinburgh and home working.
