Job Title: Temporary Site Manager – Demolition ContractLocation: EdinburghContract Duration: 13 Weeks (Starting Mid-June)Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Site Manager to oversee a 13-week demolition contract in Edinburgh, starting mid-June. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe execution of the project, managing site operations, and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification – essential.
  • First Aid at Work qualification – essential.
  • Previous experience managing demolition projects preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong standards of Health & Safety compliance
