About Us:
We are a fast-growing beauty brand from London expanding our presence in the social commerce space. TikTok Shop is a core pillar of our strategy, and we're looking for a talented and experienced Campaign Manager to lead and optimise our TikTok Shop initiatives.
Role Overview:
As the TikTok Shop Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-performing campaigns that drive product sales and brand visibility. You'll work closely with content creators, the marketing team, and TikTok representatives to deliver breakthrough results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and manage TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to reporting.
- Optimise campaign performance daily to maximise ROI, conversion rates, and sales volume.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to craft compelling, shop-friendly content strategies.
- Analyse data to generate actionable insights, making real-time adjustments to campaigns as needed.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient ad spend while achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Stay updated with TikTok Shop’s evolving features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Work with product and operations teams to ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory align with campaign schedules.
- Lead A/B tests on creatives, offers, and audience targeting strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign results to leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience managing successful TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads campaigns (with portfolio/case studies preferred).
- Deep understanding of TikTok's unique content culture, trends, and audience behavior.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, particularly in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sales.
- Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager, Shopify (or similar platforms), and relevant analytics tools.
- Strong creative instincts and an eye for what performs well visually and culturally on TikTok.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with creator partnerships and influencer marketing is a plus.
