Role: Mobile Applications Tech Lead for Leading Hospitality Solution Provider
Edinburgh (2 days onsite, 3 WFH)
We’re looking for an exceptional Technical Lead to join our growing engineering team, helping us drive the future of mobile applications across multiple platforms.
As a Tech Lead, you’ll play a critical role in leading the technical delivery of cutting-edge mobile features, mentoring an ambitious team, and working closely with stakeholders across product, UX, architecture, and DevOps. If you love creating scalable, high-performance apps and are passionate about building great teams and even better products - we want to meet you.
Lead and mentor a talented mobile engineering team, ensuring technical excellence across projects.
Drive scalability, performance, usability, and maintainability across our mobile products.
Be hands-on when needed: code, problem-solve, and innovate in a fast-moving agile environment.
Deep expertise in React Native and strong working knowledge of Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin — bonus points for C#!
Passion for robust, user-friendly mobile applications with high performance and security standards.
A collaborative mindset — you're great at partnering across engineering, product, UX, and beyond.
