Their fully remote model is built around robust technology, streamlined processes, and a supportive team culture, enabling solicitors to work effectively from anywhere. The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
You’ll be supported by a skilled admin and tech team, allowing you to focus on legal work and client care. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters independently
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
- Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and deal with enquiries
- Ensure regulatory compliance (SRA/AML)
- Use a cloud-based case management system to progress files efficiently
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE)
- Experience handling a full conveyancing caseload
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Confident using digital systems and remote-working tools
