Regional Support Manager - Complex Care – Scotland At Care Concern Group, we know that delivering exceptional care means supporting complex needs with compassion, skill, and confidence. As we grow our footprint across Scotland, we’re looking for a clinically experienced leader with a deep understanding of complex care to join us as Regional Support Manager.This is a newly created role in our expanding Scottish Division – an opportunity to shape standards, mentor teams, and deliver meaningful impact across a region that includes homes in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and occasionally Aberdeen.The essentials: Salary: Up to £65,000 per annumCar Allowance: £5,000 annuallyContract: Full-time, permanentTravel: Regular travel across Edinburgh & Glasgow, with occasional visits to AberdeenBenefits: Pension, Generous annual leave, Mileage paid and Discretionary bonusWhy join us now? That means new teams, new services, and new opportunities to raise the bar on care.As Regional Support Manager, you’ll work closely with Home Managers and clinical leads to ensure every home provides personalised, high-quality care particularly for residents with complex health conditions, advanced dementia, neurological disorders, and palliative needs.This role offers variety, influence, and purpose in equal measure. One day you might be mentoring a new manager on embedding best practice in end-of-life care. The next, you could be helping a home improve outcomes for residents with high acuity needs. Whatever the challenge, you’ll be there to lead, support, and deliver.What we’re looking for: You’re a Nurse by background (RGN or RMN), with a deep understanding of complex care and what great looks like in a modern care home. You’ve led services to achieve strong Care Inspectorate ratings, and you’re confident navigating the Health and Social Care Standards and the CI framework.More than that, you’re a people person. A mentor. A motivator. Someone who brings out the best in others and thrives in a role where every day is different – whether you’re coaching a new manager, reviewing budgets, or speaking with a resident’s family.What you’ll bring: We’re looking for a compassionate, results-driven leader with a strong clinical foundation and hands-on experience managing complex care.

- Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a successful Registered Manager.
- Multi-site experience would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes for residents with complex needs – including dementia, frailty, and long-term conditions.
- Confidence leading and mentoring care teams to manage high-dependency residents safely and effectively.
- In-depth understanding of the Care Inspectorate framework and Health and Social Care Standards.
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving operational improvement.
- A passion for person-centred care and a strong belief in empowering teams.
