We are hiring for our client, a highly respected mid-tier firm, seeking to appoint a Litigation Associate to join their accomplished disputes team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. • Advising and representing clients across a variety of commercial litigation matters




• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence




• Managing a varied caseload under supervision, with increasing autonomy




• Working closely with senior team members on complex disputes




• Supporting strategic planning and resolution of contentious issues

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland, ideally with 0-3 years PQE




• Strong academic background and demonstrable litigation experience (including traineeship exposure if NQ)




• Commercial awareness and excellent client-handling skills




• A team-oriented mindset with ambition and a desire to grow professionally
