What Youll Be Doing As Senior Developer

• Collaborating with AI teams to develop custom solutions focused on financial advice.
• Building a cutting-edge data lake, serving as the foundation for advanced analytics and AI-driven efficiencies.
• Engaging with high-performing multidisciplinary teams, including technical architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Enhancing the security, scalability, and performance of our software systems.
• Contributing to frameworks, integrations, and automation improvements to uphold best practices across the organization.
  
  

What were looking for:

• A passion for technology, with hands-on experience in Azure and C# within the Microsoft development stack.
• Knowledge of data engineering, APIs, and AI-powered solutions, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect technical experts with senior stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate pragmatic trade-offs in software delivery.
