Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Solution ArchitectLocation: London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office, with occasional client site visits)Salary: £105,000 - £115,000 + £4,000 car allowance + 10% bonusEmployment Type: PermanentOverviewA leading global consultancy is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Solution Architect to spearhead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the future technology landscape for key clients across public and private sectors. You’ll provide both strategic and hands-on technical leadership, working across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure to deliver transformative business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver robust, scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, aligned to client requirements and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end solution design and technical governance across large programmes, ensuring integration with broader enterprise systems.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and extend functionality using JavaScript, plugins, and workflow assemblies.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Portals.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, WebJobs, and Azure Functions.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions, and support stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales, proposal development, and client solution workshops.
- Contribute to internal capability development and delivery best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance (5 years of continuous UK residency and a valid passport).
- Proven experience in a client-facing or consulting environment with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Advanced experience with Power Platform tools and Azure services.
- Skilled in full configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- End-to-end project lifecycle experience, from pre-sales through to implementation and support.
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
