This role of Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of Jaeger Medical equipment at customer sites across the UK. This remote role supports the broader UK service team to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction, while also supporting commercial efforts when required. The activities includeInstall, maintain, and service medical devices across the UK.Troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support customers on-site or remotely.

Respond to service requests promptly and professionally. Document all service activities accurately and handle data per GDPR guidelines. Collaborate with teams to improve products and identify recurring issues.

Provide occasional after-hours support as needed. Requirements from your Profile:Technical degree (Bachelor’s, HNC, or equivalent) with 3+ years of field experience, preferably in medical devices. Strong electro-mechanical and IT skills; confident with MS Office.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Self-driven, organized, and open to regular UK travel. Detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on results.
