Looking for a Vending Pro Who’s Ready to Lead Change, Not Just Manage

We’re looking for a seasoned operator from the world of vending, office coffee services (OCS), or micro markets — someone who knows what works, what’s broken, and how to implement real change.

You'll help businesses become leaner, sharper and more profitable — and you’ll lead that journey from start to finish. The Role: Consulting Services ManagerYou’ll be at the forefront of implementing our innovative platform into clients' operations — planning, training, project managing and supporting their journey every step of the way.
From kick-off to go-live, you’ll be the go-to expert, helping clients:Map out their existing business processes across departments
Design smooth implementation plans that fit their real-world operations
Deliver in-depth training (on-site and remote)Identify risks or red flags early — and take action
Share best practices, time-saving tips and industry insights
Provide structured status updates and keep projects on track
Build long-term relationships, offering continued consultation and support
This role blends project management, client education, business analysis, and real-world consulting — ideal for someone who’s walked the walk and now wants to help others do it better.What You’ll BringA solid background in vending, OCS or micro markets — ideally rising through the ranks into senior management
Strong project management capability — organised, analytical, and excellent at prioritising
Natural leadership and communication skills — able to train, consult, influence, and motivateA pragmatic mindset — focused on what works, not just what looks good on paper
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, sometimes messy environment (think startup energy, not corporate fluff)Confidence using web-based tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet etc) for training and support
Proficiency in Excel — and bonus points for Salesforce or CRM experience
The Practical BitsHome-based — no office commute required
Frequent UK travel and occasional trips into Europe to support clients face-to-face
