Pertemps are currently working with our public sector client to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis in the Captains Road area of Edinburgh.
Location - Captains Road area of Edinburgh
Duration - Temporary, ongoing
Hours - Monday - Thursday 0830 - 1615 and Friday 0830 - 1600
Pay rate - £13.48 per hour
Immediate start
The successful candidates will be:
- Meeting customers upon their arrival at the centre
- Answering queries from customers
- Guiding customers to the relevant area of the building
- Checking customers documentation
- Scanning, photocopying and filing
- Taking payments
- Any other duties as required
