Personalised progression planResponsibilitiesGenerate new business in line with agreed financial targets. Work with prospective and existing customers to devise and sell Forwarding solutions. Manage the overall process of customer enquiries.
Report business development progress weekly to the COO.Conduct market research and gain market intelligence sufficient to develop a pool of business opportunities. Identify, assess and report opportunities for growth and development via new customers, new routes and new servicesSkillsSelf-starter who can use their initiative and can adapt to various situations
High drive to deliver excellent customer service
