Here, you’ll collaborate with a diverse client base, from international banks to cutting-edge energy developers, all while working in Scotland’s first WELL-certified law office, designed with your well-being in mind. ROLE:As a Junior Project Finance Lawyer, you will:Advise on major infrastructure and energy project financings. Support on transactions across renewables, oil and gas, social housing and utilities.
Work with lenders, sponsors, investors and developers. Be involved in cross-border matters and international deals. Draft and negotiate a broad range of finance documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s extensive UK and international network.REQUIREMENTS:We’re looking for someone who:Is 0-2 years qualified in Scotland or England & Wales. Has a strong interest in finance and infrastructure work. Possesses excellent drafting and analytical skills.
