We have an exciting opportunity for a senior role as Head of Knowledge and Learning, based in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering all aspects of knowledge management, with a particular focus on learning & development, in a law firm setting.

This pivotal role leads our extensive team of knowledge & development lawyers, who ensure that our legal professionals have access to all relevant legal information and market developments and follow best practices to provide a first class client service.

From a learning & development perspective, our Head, with the support of our Learning & Development Advisor, oversees the design and delivery of our legal and business services skills training across the firm as well as our mandatory training requirements. These programmes support the continued professional development of all our employees.

We’re in search of a strategic and forward-thinking individual, who is passionate about learning and development, with a focus on excellence. We believe that this opportunity is best suited to a senior qualified lawyer, with experience in a knowledge management or professional development role in private practice.
