Finance & Billings Assistant
Edinburgh
Salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance & Billings Assistant to join a fantastic legal firm based in Edinburgh. The role is hybrid after an initial office based period, and you will be joining a friendly business who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients
WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:
You should be an enthusiastic individual, looking for an exciting challenge in a fast-paced role. The ideal candidate will have experince working within the legal sector and have previously worked in a similar role
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual fee notes/bills
Assisting with fee reviews
Supporting the broader finance team with financial tasks
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong numeracy skills
Experience in a similar role is preferred
Legal sector or professional services experience is beneficial
Excellent IT skills and knowledge, including Microsoft Office & Excel
iManage and 3E systems would also be an advantage, but certainly not needed
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Competitive salary of up to £32,000, dependant on experience
