We’re working with a highly respected and forward-thinking manufacturing company in Edinburgh that’s on the lookout for a Manufacturing Team Leader to drive performance and lead with purpose

What You’ll Be Doing:
Championing a culture of health & safety on the production floor
Driving quality standards and pushing for continuous improvement
Hitting and exceeding key production KPIs (think OTIF, yield, output)
Leading and motivating a skilled production team across shifts
Planning daily operations in line with MRP demand and WIP
Communicating clearly to align your team and empower performance
Managing training needs and increasing team flexibility
Conducting reviews, managing performance, and coaching for growth
Getting stuck into recruitment, H&S initiatives, and lean improvements
What You’ll Bring:
HNC/HND in Manufacturing, Engineering or Management
IOSH / NEBOSH Health & Safety certifications
Hands on experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Solid knowledge of Health & Safety systems
Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop people
Experience with performance management, PIPs, and disciplinaries
Confident using ERP systems and MS Office tools
Familiar with ISO 9001 QMS standards
