- Manage diaries proactively, including meetings, calls, and event orchestration.
- Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring policy compliance.
- Handle internal and external client interactions and scheduling.
- Collaborate with support groups and business management.
- Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation.
- Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
- Understand group priorities and business expectations.
- Partner with assistants across lines of business for coverage.
- Engage in projects and training opportunities.
- Competency in diary management and prioritization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
