Your work will directly support teams in delivering high-quality, user-friendly interfaces—faster and more efficiently. And every day, you’ll contribute to the mission of supporting the many charities we proudly stand behind.
The Design System is a newly established capability within the Postcode Lottery Group and plays a key role in our international product development strategy. As part of this early-stage initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to shape both the vision and execution of the product—driving its adoption and integration across the organisation. Your work will help ensure we scale in a consistent, reusable way while remaining responsive to the unique needs of local markets.

As Product Owner, You’ll
- Define and evolve the design system vision: Align the system with product and brand goals, ensuring it meets the needs of both designers and developers.
- Own the roadmap: Prioritize foundational components, accessibility improvements, and cross-platform consistency based on user feedback and strategic goals.
- Drive adoption: Partner with product teams to integrate the design system into their workflows and gather insights to improve it.
- Facilitate collaboration: Lead refinement sessions, epic planning, and stakeholder reviews to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Balance consistency and innovation: Ensure the system supports creativity while maintaining a unified user experience across platforms.
- Champion accessibility and scalability: Ensure the system is inclusive, performant, and adaptable to future needs.
This Is How You Describe Yourself
You’d describe yourself as follows:
- A Master’s degree in business, design, or technical sciences.
- Significant experience as a Product Owner, ideally with exposure to design systems or front-end platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—you can translate design and technical needs into clear priorities.
- A track record of delivering scalable digital products in cross-functional, international teams.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives from concept to delivery.
