Our client is a successful M&E contractor, based inNorth East region- and they are seeking a skilled ProjectManager (mech or elec bias to oversee 3 projects in Edinburgh. This is a greatopportunity to be part of a company that has a strong reputation in the industry.
The Role And Its Responsibilities
TheMechanical or ElectricalProjectManagerwill be responsible for managing theinstallation ofprojects from 'cradle to grave' & will beclient-facing and largely office-based, with site visits N.B. there will be full-time sitemanagers based onprojects managing the day-to-day.
The Individual
The successfulcandidate will be a seasonedMechanical/elec ProjectManagerwith experience managing largeprojects.The successful candidate must be capable of demonstrating strong client-facing skills, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to manage aprojectfrom cradle to grave.

Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience as anMechanicalProjectManager, preferably on commercial/healthcareprojects.
- Strong understanding ofmechanicalsystems, some electrical awareness is also advantageous
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manageprojectbudgets effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of deliveringprojects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
