Description
Managing a varied portfolio of residential and commercial property transactions
Advising clients on leases, sales, purchases, and landlord & tenant matters
Supporting senior colleagues on complex deals and assisting with due diligence
Building strong client relationships through proactive and clear communication
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
Profile
A solicitor or equivalent, newly qualified in real estate law
Competent in managing residential and commercial property matters
Confident in drafting and negotiating property contracts
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
