Job purpose

An exciting opportunity to commence your career in IT with a highly successful and established IT Support Business based in Edinburgh.

This role is for someone who has a passion and a real desire to commence their career in IT, who is a self-starter, a quick learner, and able to work under pressure.

You will be joining the business as an IT Support Technician Apprentice, initially joining the help desk team where you will play a vital role as 1st Line Support to clients across the UK who are experiencing IT issues.

You will earn as you learn, receiving on the job training from your peers and mentors within the business as well as gaining an industry recognised IT Qualification through the Apprenticeship which will be provided by Elite Training.

The Person

• Qualifications to include min Nat5 in Maths and English
• Excellent computer skills and a passion for all things IT related
• Confident in communicating across all platforms
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Great attention to detail
