About The Role
Traveller discovery is changing – from traditional search engines to AI-generated recommendations and social platforms becoming key search tools. We are looking for an SEO & Social Discovery Manager to help us lead this shift, ensuring our brand is present wherever travellers plan and dream about their next trip.
You will be responsible for strategically growing our visibility across organic search, AI-powered platforms (AI Overviews, LLMs, conversational search), and social media channels. You will also lead a structured experimentation roadmap to unlock growth opportunities from AI and social-driven discovery, while strengthening our traditional SEO foundations.

You will be responsible for strategically growing our visibility across organic search, AI-powered platforms (AI Overviews, LLMs, conversational search), and social media channels. You will also lead a structured experimentation roadmap to unlock growth opportunities from AI and social-driven discovery, while strengthening our traditional SEO foundations.
Responsibilities
Search & AI Discovery
- Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility across traditional search (Google, Bing) and AI-powered platforms (LLM-generated answers, AI Overviews, conversational AI).
- Translate traveller behaviour and evolving discovery trends into actionable recommendations for SEO, content, and technical teams.
- Shape how the brand appears within AI-generated recommendations, trip-planning tools, and social-powered discovery journeys.
- Collaborate with Experimentation leads with a focused on experimentation roadmap to test and improve visibility and referral traffic from AI search and social discovery
- Collaborate across SEO, content, data, and social teams to integrate findings and continually optimise.
- Stay informed on developments in AI search, traveller behaviour, and platform innovation to keep the brand at the forefront of discovery.
- Develop and partner with the social team execute strategies to increase visibility on social search with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Develop and manage social search reporting dashboards to deliver learnings, optimisations and new opportunities back to the team driving further impact.
- Join the dots across the evolving search landscape to maximise the impact of initiatives across organic search, AI-powered platforms and social search
- Stay informed on developments in social search, traveller behaviour, and platform innovation to keep the brand at the forefront of discovery.
- Translate traveller behaviour and evolving search trends into actionable recommendations for the social team.
- The brand is consistently visible across traditional search, AI-generated results, and social discovery during key travel planning moments.
- An active experimentation programme is driving measurable improvements in visibility and AI/social referral traffic.
- The brand is regularly featured within AI-generated travel recommendations and social search.
- Collaboration across teams results in integrated strategies reflecting real traveller behaviour.
- Reporting clearly links visibility to engagement, bookings, and brand awareness.
- The role is seen internally as a driver of innovation, shaping the brand’s adaptation to the future of travel discovery.
- Experience in SEO or organic discovery, ideally within travel or a related sector.
- Passionate about how travellers plan and book trips, and how discovery is evolving across AI and social platforms.
- Informed and curious about AI (LLMs, AI Overviews, conversational AI) and social search.
- Collaborative, data-literate, and confident working with social, content, and data teams to shape joined-up strategies.
- Analytical but creative — comfortable designing experiments, interpreting results, and turning them into action.
