What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the design and delivery of seamless, user-centred experiences across our digital platforms. Working with a talented, cross-functional team, you’ll turn insights into journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that bring ideas to life. Your work will shape intuitive, emotionally resonant products that deliver real value to users and the business alike.

Key Aspects Of Your Role Will Also Include

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user journeys and features that deliver real customer value
  • Translating customer insights into designed experiences and forming a compelling story around it
  • Leading the end-to-end design process, working with Agile project teams and key stakeholders to develop and own the delivery of user centred solutions within project timeframes and objectives
  • Driving and participating in user research and testing activities, and drawing the insight needed to make informed and user centred design decisions
  • Supporting the shaping of the product strategy with a focus on usability, maintaining design systems, and tracking UX performance to continuously elevate the experience

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with an extensive Product Design portfolio.

We’ll Also Be Looking For

  • Strong UX experience across multiple platforms using tools like Figma and UserZoom to craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI with precision and creativity
  • The ability to translate complex requirements into clear design briefs, collaborating closely with other designers, developers, and product managers
  • The ability to communicate ideas with clarity and impact through storytelling, presentations, and a design that showcases your thinking, rational and execution
  • Experience of working within and contributing to design systems, as well as building accessible products
  • Strong interaction design expertise to deliver seamless, end-to-end experiences that are both functional and beautiful
