Job Overview

Job purpose

Customer Operations - You will have the opportunity to rotate round two teams within our Customer Operation function.

In the Metering and Billing team you will follow agreed processes to ensure that accurate meter readings are obtained and input to produce accurate and timely bills for customers and minimise market fines.

In Credit Management, you will be responsible for executing a range of early and late-stage recovery processes in order to resolve customer queries, improve cash collection and reduce aged debt in line with agreed KPI's and quality standards.

We'll give you the support and learning you need to navigate our systems and policies, and to fully understand our business so you feel confident in your role.

Aside from a thorough understanding of the business water industry, you'll also learn about the other areas in our business and how we all work together to ensure our collective business goals are met.

You'll be given the tools and support you need throughout your apprenticeship to be confident in delivering an excellent service for our customers.

You'll develop a range of skills including communication, problem solving and team working skills, which will benefit you in your MA role and in future roles too.

To be considered for our MA Programme, we require you to have a minimum of National 5 in English & Maths (or equivalent).
