Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sustainability and a flair for strategic thinking?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded professional services firm, supporting business development initiatives that help shape the future of climate and sustainability.

Sitting within a small, close-knit team that spans climate consulting, public policy and property, this varied role offers exposure to a range of high-profile campaigns, client engagement activity, and profile-raising work that supports meaningful change.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across different business units, helping to embed sustainability into the wider business strategy, while supporting commercial growth through bids, events, PR, and marketing-led projects.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting delivery of business plans and campaigns across climate, public policy and sustainability
• Driving BD initiatives and helping coordinate cross-sector opportunities
• Preparing marketing materials, credentials, case studies and client-facing content
• Supporting the delivery of profile-raising activity including PR, events and awards submissions
• Helping track client engagement and internal relationship management
• Managing admin elements including budgets, reporting, and invoicing
• Collaborating with wider BD teams across the firm to identify growth opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in business development, marketing, client engagement or professional services
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Confident with both creative and administrative elements of a BD role
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and at pace
• An interest in sustainability, climate or ESG-related topics is a real bonus
