Hours: 36 per week
The Council is looking to recruit dynamic, client focused, personable and technically strong Assistant Building Surveyors with good people, design, project and contract management experience. You will be part of a growing team of building and quantity surveyors within both the Low-rise and High-rise teams within Housing and Homelessness.
You should be degree qualified in a relevant construction related technical subject and be working towards an associate or full membership of a related professional body such as CIOB, RICS or similar.
It is expected you will have post qualification experience in building surveying and/or project/contract management.
You should have good communication skills both written and verbally and be able to present well as a representative of the Council.
