The Opportunity As a Technical Paraplanner, you’ll work closely with Financial Planners to support a wide range of client scenarios, producing clear, compliant, and insightful advice reports. You’ll also play a key role in conducting research, technical analysis, and ensuring each recommendation meets the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality, technically accurate suitability reports tailored to client objectives
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis across pensions, investments, IHT, tax planning, and protection
• Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to craft holistic financial plans
• Ensure all advice complies with current regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Contribute to technical discussions and help maintain best practice within the paraplanning team
• Stay up to date with industry developments, legislation, and planning strategies

About You:

• Experienced paraplanner with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Diploma qualified (Level 4) as a minimum; working towards Chartered status preferred
• Excellent written communication and ability to distil complex information clearly
• Skilled in using financial planning tools and systems (e.g. Voyant, FE Analytics)
• Collaborative and proactive, with a genuine interest in delivering great client outcomes
