NHS Lothian is excited to be recruiting to a Team Leader – Bladder and Bowel Nursing Team based at Astley Ainslie Hospital. This post is fixed term for 9 months.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. Provide clinical leadership, operational management, and governance of the bowel and bladder nursing team within, ensuring objective and quality standards are achieved and continually strive to improve the patient experience. To manage a small caseload of complex patients.
The post holder will work with the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) and the Continence Service in the enhancement and strategic development of the existing services as well as the development of any new services based on the needs of the community.
They will work collaboratively with statutory and non-statutory agencies and provide expert professional knowledge.
