Job Responsibilities
- Manage diaries proactively, including meetings and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Handle client interactions and coordinate department scheduling.
- Partner with support groups and business management for cross-functional collaboration.
- Utilize internal systems for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Oversee distribution lists and technology usage.
- Understand group priorities and business expectations.
- Collaborate with assistants across lines of business for coverage.
- Engage in projects and training opportunities.
- Professional client handling and relationship building.
- Competency in diary management and prioritization.
- Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in arranging travel and optimizing itineraries.
- Demonstrated proactivity and ownership in the role.
