WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days per week) in one of our office hubs mentioned above





About this opportunity

A Business implementation expert is a proactive, hands-on individual, who is passionate about designing and delivering change that will bring the buiness to the next level. They will have the customer and the colleague at the heart of all they do and ensure any changes are successfully adopted. A natural relationship-builder, they will engage stakeholders at all levels, documenting any potential impacts and agreeing strategies to mitigate issues. They are also able to produce any necessary communication and training products to support either colleagues and/or customers.







What you'll be doing

  • Lead the design and execution of transformation programmes aligned to the UKPB Target Operating Model, focusing on simplification of processes and modernisation of technology platforms;

  • Ability to understand at each level the E2E Customer & Colleague journey, map these using Group Tools (Figma) and uses these to understand any issues, failure points, sub-optimal

  • Identifies big Business Problems and delivers improvements that would eradicate them and transform the customer and colleague experience;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including propositions, customer delivery, and technology to identify and remove friction points in onboarding, servicing, and product delivery

  • Champion digital enablement and automation, using group strategic tools

  • Translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams, ensuring alignment with the UKPB Target State

  • Engage with collaborators across Private Banking, Mass Affluent, and partner platforms to ensure cohesive delivery and adoption of change

  • Monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and critical metrics.

  • Takes responsibility for their own and their teams development building a strong team of professionals who are all aligned to the same outcomes.

  • Change Management: Leading the design and execution of transformation programmes, focusing on process simplification and technology modernization.

  • Customer and Colleague Focus: Understanding and mapping the end-to-end customer and colleague journey to identify and address issues.

  • Problem-Solving: Identifying significant business problems and delivering improvements to transform experiences.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with collaborators at all levels, documenting impacts, and agreeing on strategies to mitigate issues.

  • Digital Enablement and Automation: Championing digital tools and automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
