This is your chance to join a specialist renewables team and play a key role in turning wind into opportunity!

What You’ll Be Taking Charge Of

Quote Captain for Wind Services:

You’ll be the go-to expert for preparing quotations across a wide spectrum of wind industry services—from walkdown-based scopes and blade repairs to major component replacements and bespoke MSA extras. If it turns with the wind, you’ll know how to price it.

Cross-Functional Conductor

Wind projects don’t come wrapped in neat boxes. You’ll coordinate across Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, and our Control Room to gather inputs and ensure each quote reflects operational reality and commercial value.

Commercial Growth Partner

Working closely with our Key Account Manager, you’ll help uncover new commercial opportunities—whether it’s monetising internal innovations like Spinfo, packaging Enercon retrofits, or building new offerings like remote monitoring and technician training.

Process Owner In The Eye Of The Storm

From initial scoping to final handoff to invoicing, you’ll manage the full commercial lifecycle of each opportunity—keeping us responsive, competitive, and client-focused.

Data-Driven Decision Maker

Use tools like ZOHO CRM to track quote volumes, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Your insights will help us fine-tune how we serve the wind industry—and stay one gust ahead of the market.

Finance-Ready Collaborator

You’ll coordinate closely with Finance to ensure quotes are costed accurately and invoicing is aligned, keeping our margins tight and our forecasts clean.

Innovator For The Future Of Wind

Support the commercialisation of in-house projects and creative service solutions tailored to the evolving needs of wind farm operators—turning internal know-how into external value.

Job requirements

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3+ years in a commercial or quotation-focused role, ideally in a technical, engineering, or renewable energy setting.
  • Direct experience in the wind sector is a big plus—if you’ve worked with turbines, components, or service teams, we want to hear from you!
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, margins, and pricing dynamics in a service-driven environment.
  • A structured thinker with a commercial edge—you know how to translate technical scope into compelling offers.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills—you speak both engineer and executive fluently.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (especially ZOHO), Excel quoting tools, and collaborative workflow systems.
  • A proactive approach to managing timelines, details, and competing priorities.
