The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) is in the process of establishing a new, dedicated governance team to lead and support transformational change across the organisation. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Benefits Lead to develop and embed a robust benefits framework that ensures all change initiatives deliver measurable value and align with organisational priorities.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of a portfolio-wide approach to benefits management, working closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in benefits identification, mapping, and realisation within complex environments, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative leadership.
