We are looking for an experienced and talented Wedding Co-ordinator to join our fantastic venue.

As Weddiing Co-ordinator you will take ownership to maximise opportunities and increase wedding business within the venue. You will achieve this in association with the General Manager and management team to ensure exceptional Wedding execution to retain and grow the track record of successful Weddings within the venue.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Enquiry handling
- Co-ordinate and execute show rounds
- Creation and delivery of proposals for Brides and Grooms within budget and in accordance with time frame
- Administration of function agreement and deposit contract
- To be available as the client’s first point of contact throughout the enquiry, conversion and run up to the wedding.Co-ordination with the wider venue team to deliver exceptional customer service and a smooth customer journey
- Sharing all reservation information with the ops/kitchen team prior to service
- Achieving all pre booked sales targets while delivering a first-class service
- Communicate potential leads to the wider group
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the wider Sales Team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Must be an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking individual
- Have entrepreneurial flair and a talent for seeing a sales opportunity where others cannot
- Have experience in running and managing weddings
- Have a methodical and meticulous approach to their work
- Be a great communicator with a passion for what they do
- Have a proven track record in a Sales & Events role within the hospitality industry
- Have strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to Influence
- Word/Excel and Microsoft competent
