Salary: £28,000 £35,000 DOE

What Youll Be Doing
- Preparing, formatting, and updating legal documentation and correspondence with precision
- Supporting the full property transaction process from initial searches and registrations to liaising with clients and external parties
- Managing client and matter onboarding/offboarding, including AML and conflict checks
- Organising team diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel when required
- Assisting with billing, invoicing, and other financial admin tasks
- Keeping both digital and physical files organised, scanned, and up-to-date
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling enquiries with professionalism
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal, ideally within a property or conveyancing setting
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
- Confident communicator, both in writing and over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with legal case management systems
- Knowledge of property processes, including Land Registry and SDLT, is highly advantageous
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support wherever needed
