We are looking for a self-motivated team member who is highly organised and skilled in independent problem-solving. Addepar has an extraordinary mission, and we want an outstanding person to help us accomplish our hiring goals!

What You’ll Do

  • Support onsite and virtual interviews and recruiting activities for our growing UK offices and beyond! Our expectation is that your work hours will be localised to the UK, with occasional meetings outside hours to connect with US and India hiring teams.
  • Partner with a variety of recruiters and internal client groups to deliver the best candidate experience across both our experienced-hire and early-career hiring programs.
  • Act as the sole point of contact for candidates’ scheduling needs, as well as onsite interview support in person.
  • Book necessary candidate travel arrangements and coordinate candidate expense reimbursements.
  • Build out, document, and maintain efficient and scalable hiring processes.
  • Manage requisition details and data integrity in our Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems.
  • Contribute to report generation as we measure and analyse the effectiveness of our hiring processes.
  • Support regional and global hiring efforts by collaborating on Talent Acquisition branding projects and programs.
  • Maintain job details and ensure data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and Workday.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and documentation of best practices and People Team processes.

Who You Are

  • Prior experience in supporting a scaling, fast-paced, high-volume Recruiting and Human Resources department.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently.
  • Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, including the ability to articulate challenges.
  • Poised, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Experience supporting global workforces across time zones.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, and Google Suite preferred.

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

PHISHING SCAM WARNING: Addepar is among several companies recently made aware of a phishing scam involving con artists posing as hiring managers recruiting via email, text and social media. The imposters are creating misleading email accounts, conducting remote “interviews,” and making fake job offers in order to collect personal and financial information from unsuspecting individuals. Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process. Additionally, Addepar will not ask you to purchase equipment or supplies as part of your onboarding process. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].
