About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our process automation team. This role involves leading process automation initiatives across RL. You will be responsible for designing and building automations, mentoring colleagues, conducting peer reviews, managing key projects, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading initiatives in process automation across RL.
  • Contributing to projects and team deliverables.
  • Directly responsible for process automation across bot business processes and IT processes.

About You:

You are a skilled software engineer passionate about automation with experience in one or more of the following .Net, SQL, ServiceNow, Angular, Power Automate, UiPath, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation, System Centre Orchestrator. You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work at pace & are motivated to use your skills across a wide range of automation technologies.

While experience of our core technologies is an advantage, we’re happy to hear from all experienced developers - or someone looking to make a step-up - the key is a passion for technology and process automation.
