Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to our Sales department in Edinburgh and across the business. This office based role is five days a week totaling 37.5 hours. This is a varied and fast-paced role that also includes a variety of cross- department administration tasks out with the main Sales Administrator role.

This Role Involves
- Supporting the Sales team with enquiries and admin
- Ordering machinery for customers and from JCB
- Processing purchase invoices
- Creating job cards for new and used machinery for both sales and service departments
- Organising transport for machinery deliveries and collections
- Invoicing new and used machinery accurately and promptly
- Logging machine movements both internally and externally using our systems
- Processing road tax for machines and completing HPI checks
- Assisting the Sales Admin Supervisor with various tasks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
- Previous experience in an administration role (ideally in plant, automotive, or similar industry)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of great customer service
- A flexible, positive, and team-oriented approach
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude
